Guarantee - terms, conditions, returns...


It must be difficult to buy something like printer ink on the internet, when all you have to work with is a short description, maybe some photos and a price.

There are hundreds of websites "out there", selling similar looking stuff, each claiming theirs to be the best quality, value etc. And if you're like most people, you probably have little or no idea who you're dealing with or what to expect after you part with your money.

So...how do you know who to trust?

Well - you don't know. That's why it's important to deal with someone prepared to back up the claims they make, with a bullet-proof guarantee of satisfaction. That way, if you don't like what you bought, for whatever reason (even if you made a mistake) you have the option of returning it for exchange or refund of the purchase price.

1) InkBank will replace anything you are not 100% happy with...

if it isn't compatible with your printer, if you ordered incorrectly, if you thought you were buying "something else". Mail it back (with explanation) and InkBank will exchange it for another product for free. It will only cost you whatever the postage charge is.

     2) InkBank will refund your purchase price and postage in full...

if the product you bought here isn't (or you feel it isn't) as described, or if it doesn't work as you expected it to (or as is claimed to here) - No questions asked!

Most products sold by InkBank are also covered by manufacturers warranty. This includes genuine and compatible ink cartridges, toner cartridges, ink level re-setters, refillable ink cartridges, continuous ink systems, printers etc.

Warranty conditions...

Any faulty product should:

1) be returned to InkBank (unless "on site" warranty is specified)
2) be returned within 12 months from date of purchase (*)
3) be accompanied by a copy of tax invoice or receipt for the item
4) have postage / freight paid by purchaser (**) unless agreed otherwise
5) include a print sample (if possible) clearly showing the fault

(*) unless specified otherwise in product description (certain products have 90 or 180 day warranty)
Return freight (back to purchaser) of any replacement product will be paid by InkBank

If a "faulty" ink or toner cartridge is empty, refilled or out of date and/or if any other product is damaged, modified, used for purpose not intended for or as instructed, or if any of above points are not met, InkBank will not process claims for warranty. Before returning anything, please contact us.

If any ink cartridge or toner cartridge was discounted, because it was out of date (when purchased) or close to expiry date, the manufacturers warranty does not apply once expired, even if you only bought the product recently.
We are under no obligation to refund your money, if you ordered a wrong product, or no longer need it for some reason. We can exchange it, if the product is a stock item, returned in good condition and in a reasonable time frame.

We don't accept used refill kits, bulk ink, opened ink or toner cartridges etc for exchange (unless faulty), because they can't be resold. Please check you have the right product before opening it! If you're not sure, please contact us to confirm.

Feel free to contact us with any printer related problems you may be having. Printer troubles can be frustrating and often quite simple to rectify, if you know what to do.
